Similar to how a carpenter sharpens his tools to gradually uncover the inner beauty of a tree trunk, the CNC milling machine, guided flawlessly by a digital sculptor-program, removes layer by layer from a block of solid wood until the intended shape is achieved. Then comes the process of gluing, filling, sanding, craftsmanship, the touch of hands, and attention to detail. The final phase, the most beautiful one, is the application of natural oils and waxes. The wood comes to life, and its natural grain truly shines. We have created natural furniture, a companion for a lifetime.
Figure chair
Chair Figure is one of our first products. At the beginning we wanted to create ergonomically perfect chair from massive wood. Development of this chair lasted at least two years and cost us and designer much effort. It isn´t simple to produce chair with such ergonomy only from massive wood. Share of manual work on this chair is about 24 hours (sanding, gluing, oiling). Other several days are necessary for technological processes (drying, CNC machining). The chair Figure became our flagship from launching to the market and still it is one of the bestselling chair of our offer. It perfectly fits to table Figure or to table Handmade.
